Happy Christmas Eve Eve 🎄
I love that Christmas is on a Tuesday this year. The long weekend gives us *four* whole days of festivities. Which means extra servings of pie, mimosas, Christmas tunes, and lots of this Cranberry & Blackberry Bourbon Cocktail. And an excuse to break out my fancy gold cocktail shaker.
This month I’ve made so many Cranberry Apple Pies and I have tons of extra cranberries laying around. And cue…a cocktail to use them all up as a pretty garnish.
Not only is this cocktail insta-worthy (don’t forget some gold straws!) — it’s absolutely delicious. It kind of reminds me of a whiskey sour, but a lot more festive. If you’re a big bourbon fan like my family, this is the perfect drink for your holiday Christmas & News Year’s festivities.

Bourbon & Berries Cocktail
Makes 1 cocktail
2 oz bourbon
4 oz cranberry juice cocktail
Splash of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Cranberries and blackberries for garnish
In a shaker, muddle cranberries and blackberries. Add ice then pour in bourbon, cranberry juice and a splash of lemon juice.
Shake to combine. Pour over ice and garnish with extra berries.
