Our brand new Christmas tree is up and decorated, we have holiday scented candles burning, and our stockings are hanging on our new mantle.

Before you get started, one major pro tip: stick your rolled out dough in the freezer for a few minutes before you cut out all your shapes and letters. It’s *much* easier to handle the small shapes when the dough is firmer. Good luck!
