Our brand new Christmas tree is up and decorated, we have holiday scented candles burning, and our stockings are hanging on our new mantle.
The only thing left to do is *all* the Christmas baking.
And of course…a few Christmas pies, which call for festive Christmas pie crust designs. Here are some of my favorite designs from years past. Hope these give you some inspiration for all your holiday pies. If you need a recipe idea, this Cranberry Apple Pie is a classic. Berry Crust-mas, friends.
These tools will come in handy:
- Christmas pie crust stamps
- A reindeer cutout
- Snowflake pastry stampers
- Alphabet cutouts
- And if you want to go all out, this 22-piece Christmas cutter set will help you make the Christmas pie of your *dreams*
- Mini fondant cutter for anything freehanded
Before you get started, one major pro tip: stick your rolled out dough in the freezer for a few minutes before you cut out all your shapes and letters. It’s *much* easier to handle the small shapes when the dough is firmer. Good luck!
