Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. Prepare the Chocolate Base:
    In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder and sugar until well combined. Add the heavy cream and whole milk to the mixture and whisk until smooth.Stir in the chocolate chips and a pinch of salt.
  • Heat the mixture in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously until it's hot but not boiling. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
  • 2. Churn the Ice Cream:
    Pour the cooled mixture into your ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions for churning.
  • During the last few minutes of churning, add the mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers. Let the machine mix them in.
  • 3. Freeze and Serve:
    Transfer the churned ice cream into an airtight container.
    Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  • Scoop into bowls or cones, garnish with extra marshmallows and graham crackers if desired, and enjoy!
