Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 slices of Swiss cheese
  • 8 slices of ham
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Toothpicks (to secure the chicken)

Instructions
 

  • Adjust the oven temperature to 375°F (190°C) and place parchment paper on a baking pan.
  • Place a chicken breast flat on a cutting board, then pound or roll it to a thickness of about 1/4 inch with a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  • Add salt and pepper to the chicken breast to season it. Top the chicken breast with a piece of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese.
  • Starting from one end of the chicken breast, carefully roll it up and use toothpicks to hold it in place so the filling stays in place.
  • Proceed with the remaining chicken breasts in the same manner.Beat the eggs in a small basin. Mix the breadcrumbs and flour in another small bowl.Af
  • After dipping each rolled chicken breast into the egg mixture, evenly coat it with the mixture of flour and breadcrumbs.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
    Remove the toothpicks before serving.
