- 1 cup breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- Cooking spray or 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
Prepare the Chicken:If using chicken breasts, slice them into uniform strips about 1 inch wide to ensure even cooking.
