- 22.5mL Gin (0.75 oz)
- 22.5mL White Rum (0.75 oz)
- 22.5mL Blanco Tequila (0.75 oz)
- 22.5mL Blue Curacao (0.75 oz)
- 22.5mL Sour Mix (0.75 oz)
- Dash of Lemon Lime Soda
Sour Mix: 1 Part Fresh Lemon Juice, 1 Part Simple Syrup
Long Island Iced Tea: 1. Combine all the ingredients to your cocktail shaker (except soda)
2. Shake with ice
3. Strain over fresh ice into a high ball glass
4. Top with a dash of lemon lime soda
5. Garnish with a slice of lime or lemon
