- 2 cups of fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 cup of oyster sauce
- 3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
Toss the thinly sliced beef in the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated.
