- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Mix the oyster sauce, sesame oil, and soy sauce together in a mixing bowl. For approximately ten minutes, marinate the sliced chicken breasts in this mixture.
In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. When aromatic, add the minced garlic and sauté it.
After adding the marinated chicken to the skillet, stir-fry it for 5 to 6 minutes, or until it is cooked through.
When the broccoli is cooked but still crisp, add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for a further three to four minutes.
To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning. Over cooked rice or noodles, serve the chicken and broccoli.
