Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Slice the chicken, chop the vegetables, and have everything ready before starting.
  • In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Add chicken slices and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until browned.
  • Toss in the vegetables and continue stir-frying until they're tender-crisp.
  • Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
