- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, snap peas, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Slice the chicken, chop the vegetables, and have everything ready before starting.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and cornstarch. Add chicken slices and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat. Add marinated chicken and stir-fry until browned.
Toss in the vegetables and continue stir-frying until they're tender-crisp.
Drizzle sesame oil over the stir fry, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
