  • 1 pound (450g) chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup (240ml) buttermilk
  • 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cooking oil (for frying)

  • Marinate and Chill: Pop your chicken strips into a bowl and give them a buttermilk bath. Let them soak up the goodness for at least 30 minutes, or if you can wait, overnight for maximum flavor.
