- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing (optional, for serving)
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spaced apart to allow for even cooking.
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through cooking.
Once the wings are cooked through, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve the wings with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side, if desired.
