Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Celery sticks and blue cheese dressing (optional, for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the hot sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the sauce mixture.
  • Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spaced apart to allow for even cooking.
  • Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through cooking.
  • Once the wings are cooked through, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
  • Serve the wings with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side, if desired.
