- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for extra decadence)
In a large mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
Using an electric hand mixer or a stand mixer, beat the mixture on medium speed until it becomes thick and fluffy. This should take around 3-4 minutes. If you want to add some extra chocolatey goodness, fold in the chocolate chips at this stage.
Once the mixture is well combined, use a spatula to transfer it into an airtight container.
Cover the container with a lid and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the ice cream is firm.
