Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup ketchup or chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup prepared horseradish (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Put the prepared horseradish, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, spicy sauce (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • The components should be carefully mixed and smoothed out by whisking or stirring.
  • After tasting the sauce, taste again and adjust the ingredients, adding more horseradish for more heat or acidity with lemon juice.
  • To let the tastes merge together, cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
  • Serve cold with your favorite seafood recipes, like as fried fish, crab cakes, or shrimp cocktail.25
