Ingredients
  

  • 4 cod fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the cod fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle the olive oil mixture over the fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.
  • Place a slice of lemon on top of each fillet.
  • Bake the cod in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Once cooked, remove the cod from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve the cod hot with your favorite side dishes, such as roasted vegetables or rice.
