Ingredients
  

  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
  • 1 can (13.5 ounces) coconut milk
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup white rum (adjust to taste)
  • Cinnamon sticks and coconut flakes for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, coconut cream, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
  • Gradually add white rum to the mixture, blending until incorporated.
  • Transfer the Coquito mixture into a glass bottle or pitcher, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  • Serve chilled in small glasses, garnished with cinnamon sticks and coconut flakes if desired.
