- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
- 1 can (13.5 ounces) coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup white rum (adjust to taste)
- Cinnamon sticks and coconut flakes for garnish (optional)
In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, coconut cream, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and ground cloves.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and well-combined.
Gradually add white rum to the mixture, blending until incorporated.
Transfer the Coquito mixture into a glass bottle or pitcher, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled in small glasses, garnished with cinnamon sticks and coconut flakes if desired.
