Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of lump crab meat
  • 2 cups of crushed crackers
  • 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 cup of diced bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup of diced onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, crushed crackers, mayonnaise, sour cream, bell pepper, onion, parsley, cheddar cheese, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  • Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the casserole is golden and bubbling.
  • Once done, let it cool slightly before serving.
