Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
Cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, spicy sauce (if needed), Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper should all be combined in a mixing bowl.
Blend until well combined.Stir in the red bell pepper and chopped green onions.
Fold in the crab flesh gently, taking care not to shred the pieces too much
Spread the mixture evenly in a baking dish that has been buttered.Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and has a light brown crust, in a preheated oven.
Before serving, take it out of the oven and allow it to cool somewhat.
If desired, garnish with extra finely chopped parsley or green onions.
Warm up and serve with bread slices, veggie sticks, or crackers.
