Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  • Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about a teaspoon of the crab mixture in the center of each wrapper.
  • Moisten the edges of the wrappers with water, then fold them over diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges firmly to seal.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or a heavy-bottomed pot to 350°F (175°C).
  • Carefully drop the Crab Rangoon into the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove the cooked Crab Rangoon from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve hot with sweet and sour sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
