Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning for added flavor

Instructions
 

  • n a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped celery, red onion, parsley, salt, pepper, and Old Bay seasoning (if using).
  • Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break up the chunks.
  • Refrigerate the crab salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  • Serve chilled as a side dish or atop a bed of lettuce for a light and refreshing meal.
