Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups of gluten-free oat flour
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil (or your preferred oil)
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of honey

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free oat flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt, honey, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until you have a smooth batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the bread to cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
