- 2 lbs beef chuck, cubed
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 2 red bell peppers, diced
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 4 cups beef broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Start by heating your oil in a large pot and sauté onions until golden.
Now, add garlic and beef. Let the meat brown on all sides.
Next, add your tomato paste, paprika, and caraway seeds.
After that, add your carrots, bell peppers, and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper.
Simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours until meat is tender.
