Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs beef chuck, cubed
  • 2 large onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 2 red bell peppers, diced
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating your oil in a large pot and sauté onions until golden.
  • Now, add garlic and beef. Let the meat brown on all sides.
  • Next, add your tomato paste, paprika, and caraway seeds.
  • After that, add your carrots, bell peppers, and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Simmer on low heat for 2-3 hours until meat is tender.
