Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs seedless green grapes
  • 2 lbs seedless red grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the green and red grapes thoroughly.Remove the grapes from their stems and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the creamy dressing over the grapes.Gently fold the dressing into the grapes using a spatula, ensuring all grapes are evenly coated.
  • If using, sprinkle the chopped pecans or walnuts over the top of the salad.For added sweetness, sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top.
  • Transfer the grape salad to a serving dish.Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
