- 2 lbs seedless green grapes
- 2 lbs seedless red grapes
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)
Wash and dry the green and red grapes thoroughly.Remove the grapes from their stems and place them in a large mixing bowl.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour the creamy dressing over the grapes.Gently fold the dressing into the grapes using a spatula, ensuring all grapes are evenly coated.
If using, sprinkle the chopped pecans or walnuts over the top of the salad.For added sweetness, sprinkle the brown sugar evenly over the top.
