- 2 large grapefruits (freshly squeezed juice)
- 1 cup sparkling water (or club soda)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary or mint (optional, for garnish)

Juice the Grapefruits:Begin by washing the grapefruits thoroughly. Cut them in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. Strain the juice to remove pulp, if preferred.
Sweeten the Juice:In a small bowl, mix the grapefruit juice with honey or simple syrup. Stir until the sweetener is completely dissolved. Taste and adjust the sweetness as desired.
Add Sparkle: Pour the sweetened grapefruit juice into serving glasses. Slowly add sparkling water or club soda to each glass. Mix gently to combine without losing the fizz.
