Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut side down.
Score the surface of the ham with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern.
In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Heat over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Brush the glaze over the surface of the ham, ensuring it gets into the scored cuts.
Bake the ham in the preheated oven, uncovered, for about 15 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C), basting with the glaze every 30 minutes.
Once cooked, remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
