- 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 slices of bacon, cut in half widthwise

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well blended.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, pressing it in firmly.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half-slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
Place the wrapped jalapeños on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is bubbly.
Allow the jalapeño poppers to cool for a few minutes before serving.
