Ingredients
  

  • 4 lamb chops
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the lamb chops first in the preparation process. Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and minced garlic in a bowl.
  • The lamb chops should be evenly coated with this mixture on both sides. Marinate them for at least half an hour.
  • Pre-heat your grill or broiler before grilling or broiling. For medium-rare, grill the lamb chops for 3–4 minutes on each side; adjust the cooking time according to your preferred doneness.
  • Basting: To retain the juice and intensify the flavors of the marinade, bast the chops with a basting brush while they are grilling.
  • Resting: Once done, remove the lamb chops from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
