- 1 cup refried beans
- 1 cup ground beef or chicken, cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning
For the Toppings:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)
- 1 cup salsa
- Sour cream (for serving)
Prepare the TortillasPreheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until it becomes slightly crispy and golden brown. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas.
