In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolk and ice water.
Pour the egg mixture into the food processor and pulse until the dough comes together.
Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead it gently to form a ball.
Flatten the ball into a disc, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the chilled dough and press it into your tart pan.
Prick the bottom of the crust with a fork and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
