- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Heat the muffin tin or popover pan in the oven by preheating it to 450°F (230°C).
Combine the flour, milk, eggs, and salt in a mixing dish and whisk until well combined.
Take the heated pan out of the oven and drizzle melted butter into each cup.Fill each cup about two thirds full with batter as you pour it in.
Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Take out of the oven and serve right away.
