Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat the muffin tin or popover pan in the oven by preheating it to 450°F (230°C).
  • Combine the flour, milk, eggs, and salt in a mixing dish and whisk until well combined.
  • Take the heated pan out of the oven and drizzle melted butter into each cup.Fill each cup about two thirds full with batter as you pour it in.
  • Bake at 450°F (230°C) for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Take out of the oven and serve right away.
