Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix brown sugar, maple syrup, soy sauce, crushed black pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, and a dash of lemon juice.

  • Smoke or Bake: Place the marinated salmon fillets on a parchment-lined baking sheet and smoke in the smoker or bake in the oven until the edges caramelize and the salmon achieves the desired texture (approximately 2-3 hours).
