Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound of baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
  • 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 lemons, halved
  • 4 tablespoons of Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Pour water into a big stockpot and heat it until it boils. To the boiling water, add the lemons, onions, garlic, paprika, and Old Bay seasoning.
  • Cook the sausage and potatoes in the pot for ten minutes or so.
  • Cook the corn for a further five minutes after adding it to the stew.
  • The shrimp should now be added to the pot and cooked for 3–4 minutes, or until they are opaque and pink.
  • Spoon the cooked items onto a serving plate using a slotted spoon. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
