- 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices of cheese (American, cheddar, or your choice)
- Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise
Preheat your skillet or grill over medium-high heat.
Divide the ground beef into 12 equal portions and shape them into small patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper.
Place the patties on the skillet or grill and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
During the last minute of cooking, add a slice of cheese on top of each patty and allow it to melt.
While the patties are cooking, lightly toast the slider buns on the grill or in a separate skillet.
Assemble the sliders by placing a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun, then adding your favorite toppings.
Place the top half of the bun on each slider and secure with a toothpick if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy!
