- 12 large mushrooms
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the breadcrumb mixture into the mushroom caps, filling each one generously.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
Once cooked, remove from the oven and serve hot.
