Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 pounds pork loin roast
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful rub.
  • Rub the mixture all over the pork roast, ensuring it's evenly coated.
  • Place the seasoned pork roast in a roasting pan and pour the chicken or vegetable broth into the pan.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C), as measured with a meat thermometer.
  • Once cooked, remove the pork roast from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
