In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
Add ground turkey to the pot, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, and cook until browned.
Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, corn kernels, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bring the chili to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and let it cook, uncovered, for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until flavors are well combined and chili has thickened to your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Serve hot, garnished with your favorite toppings.
