Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cocoa butter (food-grade)
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Set up a double boiler or a heatproof bowl over a saucepan with simmering water. Ensure that the water doesn't touch the bottom of the bowl.
  • Step 2: Add the cocoa butter to the double boiler or the heatproof bowl. Gently melt it over low to medium heat until it turns into a smooth liquid.
  • Step 3: Once the cocoa butter has melted, add the coconut milk, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Whisk the mixture continuously until everything is well combined and smooth.
  • Step 4: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness according to your preference by adding more powdered sugar if needed.
  • Step 5: Remove the mixture from heat and let it cool slightly.
  • Step 6: While the mixture is still warm, pour it into chocolate molds or a parchment-lined pan, spreading it evenly.
  • Step 7: Place the molds or pan in the refrigerator and let the vegan white chocolate set for at least an hour.
  • Step 8: Once the chocolate has completely set, remove it from the molds or cut it into bars if using a pan.
