Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked lentils
  • 1 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Ingredients: Combine lentils, oats, mushrooms, onion, garlic, carrot, tomato paste, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Process the Mixture: Use a food processor to blend the ingredients until a coarse texture forms.
  • Shape and Steam: Mold the mixture into a log shape, wrap it in parchment paper, and steam for 45-50 minutes.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Slice the Vegetarian Haggis and serve it with your favorite sides!
