Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 3 bell peppers (assorted colors), thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onions, sautéing until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, cook the marinated chicken until browned and fully cooked. Reintroduce the sautéed veggies and mix until well combined.
  • Heat the flour tortillas in the skillet for a few seconds on each side or until warm.
  • Spoon the chicken and veggie mixture onto the warm tortillas. Top with your favorite condiments, such as guacamole, salsa, or sour cream.
