- 1 pound of chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 3 bell peppers (assorted colors), thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons of ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
- In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes. 
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onions, sautéing until tender-crisp. Remove and set aside. 
-  In the same skillet, cook the marinated chicken until browned and fully cooked. Reintroduce the sautéed veggies and mix until well combined. 
- Heat the flour tortillas in the skillet for a few seconds on each side or until warm. 
- Spoon the chicken and veggie mixture onto the warm tortillas. Top with your favorite condiments, such as guacamole, salsa, or sour cream.
