Ingredients
  

  • 8 chicken legs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.
  • Place the chicken legs on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Using a basting brush, coat each chicken leg thoroughly with the marinade, ensuring all sides are well covered.
  • Arrange the marinated chicken legs on the baking sheet, leaving some space between each piece.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the chicken legs are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
  • Once done, remove the chicken legs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
