  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat and Prepare
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease the ramekins or custard cups and place them in a baking pan.
  • Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, whisk together coconut milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined.
  • Strain the Mixture
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into another bowl to ensure a smooth and velvety custard.
  • Pour into Ramekins
Divide the mixture evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  • Create a Water Bath
Place the baking pan in the oven and fill it with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
  • Bake
Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes, or until the custard is set around the edges but slightly jiggly in the center.
  • Chill and Serve
Allow the custards to cool, then refrigerate for a few hours or overnight. Serve chilled and savor the tropical bliss.
