- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups mix-ins (chocolate chips, pretzels, potato chips, oats, etc.)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
