  • Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients
    Before starting, ensure all your vegetables are diced, and your garlic is minced. Rinse and drain the garbanzo beans. Measure out your pasta and other ingredients to make the process seamless.
  • Step 2: Sauté the Aromatics
    Heat the olive oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are softened and the onions become translucent.
