  • Mix and whipCombine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a mixing bowl. Using a hand whisk or electric whisk, beat the mixture vigorously. Within 2-4 minutes, it will transform into a light, fluffy, and stiff foam. If whisking by hand, it may take slightly longer.
  • Prepare your glassAdd ice cubes to your serving glass if you prefer an iced Dalgona Latte. Pour in the milk, filling about three-quarters of the glass.
  • Layer the foamGently spoon the whipped coffee foam onto the milk, creating a thick, creamy layer on top. Smooth out the foam with a spatula for a polished look.
  • Serve and enjoyYour Dalgona Latte is ready! Stir the foam into the milk before drinking to enjoy its full flavor.
