Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Jasmine rice, cooked and cooled
  • 1 cup diced chicken or tofu for a vegetarian option
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 green onions, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in the wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and sauté until aromatic.
  • Add diced chicken (or tofu) and shrimp, cook until browned.
  • Push the meat to the side, pour beaten eggs into the wok, and scramble.
  • Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  • Add cooked rice, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
  • Toss in chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Continue to stir-fry until everything is well combined and heated through.
