Combine the dry ingredients in the dry mixer bowl by starting off with your flour. Add all the 3 and half cups of flour.
Now add your half cup of granulated sugar to the flour.
Next, add your teaspoon of salt to the mix.
After that, add your instant yeast to the mix as well.
Also, add half a easpoon of cinnamon. You can also add some nutmeg if you wish.
Grab a whisk and stir gently to get them altogether.
In another bowl, add 6-8 grams of butter and melt. Now, add some milk and sour cream to the mix. Microwave for 15 seconds.
You can add some vanilla flavoring if you like. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, then let it rise in a covered bowl until doubled in size.
Roll out the dough, spread Dulce de Leche, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll it into a log.
Cut the log into slices and place them in a greased baking dish. Let them rise again.Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
