Ingredients
For the Rolls:
- 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet of instant yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt & 2 large eggs
For the Filling:
- 1 cup Dulce de Leche
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in the dry mixer bowl by starting off with your flour. Add all the 3 and half cups of flour.
- Now add your half cup of granulated sugar to the flour.
- Next, add your teaspoon of salt to the mix.
- After that, add your instant yeast to the mix as well.
- Also, add half a easpoon of cinnamon. You can also add some nutmeg if you wish.
- Grab a whisk and stir gently to get them altogether.
- In another bowl, add 6-8 grams of butter and melt. Now, add some milk and sour cream to the mix. Microwave for 15 seconds.
- You can add some vanilla flavoring if you like. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, then let it rise in a covered bowl until doubled in size.
- Roll out the dough, spread Dulce de Leche, sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll it into a log.
- Cut the log into slices and place them in a greased baking dish. Let them rise again.Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
