Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound of lump crabmeat
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning (if desired).
  • Gently fold in the lump crabmeat, being careful not to break up the crab chunks.
  • Add the green onions, red bell pepper, celery, and parsley to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture into a baking dish or ramekins
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until it's bubbling and slightly browned on top.
