  • Mixing bowl
  • Aluminum foil (for resting)

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds of flank steak
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano

Instructions

  • To make the marinade, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, oregano, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.

  • For medium-rare doneness, grill the steak for five to seven minutes on each side, modifying the cooking time according to desired doneness.
  • When the steak is done, place it on a cutting board and tent it loosely with aluminum foil. Let it stand for five to ten minutes, then cut it against the grain
  • If preferred, garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
