Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a mixing dish.
  • Mixing until a dough forms, gradually add the warm water and vegetable oil to the dry ingredients.
  • Work the dough for three to five minutes on a floured surface, or until it is smooth.
  • Separate the dough into little balls that resemble golf balls.Using a rolling pin, flatten each ball into a thin, circular tortilla.
  • Each tortilla should be cooked for one to two minutes on each side, or until it is softly puffed and golden.
  • Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.Work with the remaining dough balls in the same manner.
