- Sugar Cookie Crust16 ½ ounces (1 package) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Dough
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- Toppings: 2 kiwifruits (peeled, halved lengthwise, and sliced)
- 1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup apple jelly (for a sweet shine)
Get the sugar cookie crust ready by: Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
Put the sugar, vanilla extract, and softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Until smooth, beat.
The chilled sugar cookie dough should be rolled out and pressed into a 9–10-inch circle on the pizza pan.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until a light golden color appears on the crust. Allow it to cool fully.
To assemble the Fruit Pizza, cover the chilled dough with an even layer of the cream cheese mixture.
Top with the cut blueberries, strawberries, and kiwifruits.
For a few seconds, heat the apple jelly in the microwave until it becomes liquid. To give the fruit a glossy shine, brush it on.
Present and Savor!
Cut your fruit pizza into wedges, then refrigerate to serve.
